Virtual Training is one way of staying in shape that offers you guidance and expertise regardless of where you are in the world. I offer you live, high quality, personalised exercise sessions at a time that is suitable for you via Zoom, Teams, FaceTime or WhatsApp Video calls.

Whether you have a fully functioning home gym or just a few bits of exercise equipment, we can add some structure, motivation and guidance to your home workouts.

What is Virtual Training?

Virtual fitness training is a form of exercise coaching conducted via digital platforms such as Zoom, Teams, FaceTime or Whatsapp video allowing clients to work out remotely.

How does Virtual Training work?

Clients can join from anywhere in the world with an internet connection. Sessions can vary from strength conditioning, simple mobility classes as well specific classes for lower back pain in addition to hip and knee pain management.

No two clients are the same, which is why I create personalised virtual workouts depending on your level of fitness and what equipment you have available. Your sessions will align with your specific goals, whether it’s weight loss, muscle strength, managing lower back pain or cardiac or cancer rehabilitation.

ACCESSIBILITY

Training virtually often enables people who are not keen gym users to join sessions from anywhere, often requiring minimal equipment. Perfect for inexperienced exercisers who want to train in private and at home.

EXTRA SUPPLEMENTED WORKOUTS

Sometimes you will want extra help with nutritional support or an extra workout. I am committed to supporting you whichever way I can beyond our virtual sessions.
