Meet Daryl
Daryl is an MSc-level educated fitness coach who has worked in the exercise science field all of his adult life. He was helped countless clients lose between 5 to 20 kilos, as well as helping clients navigate the confusing world of exercise and fitness.
He loves helping clients improve strength, mobility as well as creating behaviour change amongst people with acute and chronic health conditions such as cancer, heart attacks, strokes and arthritis.
